CircLean invites Members to the Second Network & Management Board meeting
Increased industrial symbiosis transactions in the EU is one of the objectives of the European Commission’s Circular Economy Action Plan. The CircLean Network mobilises industry and other stakeholders to contribute to this objective by promoting and facilitating the secondary raw materials transactions. The initiative is promoted by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Internal Market, industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW) in cooperation with Technopolis Group, Trinomics, International Synergies, and Arctik.
The second CircLean Network meeting:

The second CircLean Network meeting will be open to Members of the CircLean Network only, and it will be held online on the 25 November from 09:30 to 15:00 CET. All registered participants will receive login details upon registration (see below).
On the agenda
As it was already announced in the last Network & Management Board Meeting held on 30th September 2021, the first elections for the Management Board will take place during this event. The results of the elections will be announced after the meeting.
The meeting will also have a live presentation of the CircLean Matchmaking Tool, which is designed to facilitate industrial symbiosis transactions across the EU. This will be an excellent opportunity for CircLean Members to test the features of the tool as well as to report potential improvements to the CircLean Project Team.
Moreover, the Network work plan for 2022 will be presented, including more information about the upcoming 10 Open Innovation Workshops that are being organised in ten different EU Member States.
