Using the diagram below as an example, together with the downloadable process map, choose which process you would like to map. Remember that you can choose a single process, multiple processes or your whole site.
Download the pdf of the process map, print it and then complete for each resource category for the process you are mapping.
This will give you a list of resources that you will then investigate further in the next stage
